2 x Aimbot players came in and killed the game..

They kept on changing thier names but I was able to get thier steam profile. I dont kno if that helps.

We need a demo in order to ban.

To record a demo...

Open console by pressing the ~ key (you need to enable this under options)
type record <demo name>
then once you've recorded a few rounds spectating them type "Stop".

For someone who has come on our server once ever and had 28 kills and 27 of them were headshots I think it's pretty safe to see that they were hacking and ban them.

Agreed with Metal on this one. You are right in principle, K1tty. That is the baseline rule we follow. However, I believe common sense has to override the baseline rule sometimes when outlier scenarios come into play and basic statistics can prove it is statistically impossible to have a 28:1 K:D ratio and 27 kills are headshots and NOT be cheating.
