Games with the GF...

So as most of you know I recently moved away from Tampa to start a job in Mass... However I did leave a GF back in Tampa. We are doing the skype\visiting often thing for now and it seems to be going good so far... but I'd like to employ some additional things to do besides skype.

I do know that a lonnnnngggg time ago she did play some CS because her bf was into it but that was even pre-source. I doubt I can get her into it again while being so far away, so I'm thinking of other games that may require a little less skill. I know she was into Sims 2 as well, so I'm thinking maybe Sims 3 would be good...Then again I want something we can kind of do together online that falls into a Sims 2 like gameplay, or something equally easy for a girl to pick up that hasnt played games in awhile.

Whutchu say?

Chaaaaaarrrrrrrgeeee!

Give Death Rally a try. Free to play until Sunday, and looks pretty fun. Revamp of some old school isometric CARnage. Get it?

Oh one more thing... The console she has available is a Wii... I have one as well so any Wii games that are multiplayer cooperative online would be great.

She also has a Mac for her laptop, so any game would have to be playable on that... and I'm not too positive on its graphical capabilities so nothing crazy to be safe (Though its worth mentioning good graphic games still!)

LEGO Star Wars, Batman, Indiana Jones, etc. have been favorites of the past that are not adult difficulty level.

Are those multiplayer online?

Rent a gun, buy a bullet, point at head, pull trigger....

lol not just yet.... I was dead surprised when she told me she knew what CS was and that she played it a lot a long time ago... I still think I can *eventually* get her back into it again but want to start with something less hardcore...especially since we are not near each other at the moment. CS is a game I want to be near her to show her how to play.

I have a Wii, but it really just sits around and collects dust. This website might help in terms of the two of you combing through it to find one you both like? Worth a shot!

Yeah if you looking some something that would get you two to spend a lot of time together I would definitely recommend SWTOR or possible even GW2. GW2 and SWTOR are not graphically intensive unless you turn everything on and I believe both are playable on MAC and PC. If your looking for something more shooter based many try planetside 2 or borderlands 2. Also, Diablo III if you don't mind not completely owning the game.
