haha essentially installing Office 2010 on all the PCs in the agency using the same installation folder on one server. Its pretty much all automated via something called Group Policy. When I push out updates or installs to all the PCs I like to say "roll out" lol.

Well its pretty much two companies.. mine which has the IT department is the npo catholic organization and we extend our services to a way bigger company within the same building/buildings who have group homes all over Buffalo and 5 schools.. a few of which of for the bad kiddos who also happen to live in buildings kind of like dorms provided by the company. They do all kinds of other services but I don't really know all of them lol
