I think it is well organized and one of my favorite servers to play on ( even though i bought the game 2 days ago). I played CSS back in the day but i was not competitive in it. I competed in COD2, COD4, and the current popular game League of Legends. I'm getting back into Counter Strike and your the first server i check to play on.
